What to expect

The first session is considered an intake assessment where I will ask quite a few questions about your current and health history, mental health treatment, and life experiences. We will discuss your goals and what you want to see come out our time together.

The following sessions after the intake assessment will be dedicated to continuing to get to know you and your story. We will explore the presenting issue brining you to counseling and how it has impacted you. Once we have a clear understanding of what your goals are, we will begin the agreed upon treatment to help you toward your goals.
